Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19) – protecting yourself and others

Should the COVID-19 situation impact upon your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible. Unless you hear from us, assume your appointment is going ahead as scheduled.

Please take all necessary and recommended precautions including increased hand washing before and after the appointment, especially when travelling by public transport. 

If you develop the symptoms of infection before your appointment, please contact us to arrange a free of charge postponement and rearrangement.

If you do not inform us and fail to attend a booked appointment, our normal cancellation policy will apply as per our terms and conditions.
